Tweeti is a small business owner, environmental activist and lifelong New Mexican. She's running to put people ahead of parties in New Mexico's 40th house district

Tweeti is a 6th generation New Mexican who has owned and operated the Step Back Inn with her husband since 1993. She has been a vocal a vocal advocate for environmental stewardship, often going toe to toe with local refining companies.

A former Republican, Tweeti coordinating George Bush’s 2000 campaign, stumping for U.S. Sen. Pete Domenci and as a State Representative in the New Mexico state legislature. Once a small town rancher, Tweeti now travels the United States and Canada to talk about sustainable energy development.
